Precision Cutting and Folding
We are fortunate to possess cutting edge services with the latest technology. We have CNC Plasma and machinery to cut a wide range of materials; Provide CNC Press Brake and CNC Turret Punching services and; Specialise in Guillotining and Folding of all sheet metals.
Ducting and Extraction Systems
Using the latest software we manufacture and install ducting systems and components for a range of ventilation and extraction systems. These include; grille boxes, plenums, take offs, silencers and transitions.
We work with a number of mechanical and refrigeration companies around the North Island. Everything we do complies to SMACNZ (HVAC) standards and we ship nationwide.
We also specialise in dust and fume extraction and are able to utilise a range of systems depending on manufacture, installation and operational requirements.
Welding Services
A high quality weld is essential in the construction of any product. We are well equipped and highly skilled to complete all mild steel, aluminium and stainless welding requirements and tasks. We use both MIG and TIG welding techniques for jobs of any size.
